It's great for a companion app for the course. I think the gratitude portion. However my only issue is that despite unchecking the box that makes it so our gratitude responses aren't shared doesn't work. There were things I would've rather not had in the mix of all our group stuff. I figure it's a bug and not intentionally misleading.

The guided meditations are just what I needed. Just did the labeling thought meditation and found it so helpful.

The book suggests to use this app but apparently cannot do it without being enrolled in class?!?

Unable to log on to site- keeps asking for a number or email login name and password. Does not have provisions for setting password, and "forgot password " leads you to loop of negative information. Good for creating stress, I suppose. Hope to find a better app to reduce it. Koru was recommended at a training program I attended by the expert trainer.

Doesn't give me an option to create an account. Only log in and password

In October 2019 they majorly overhauled the app and it's so much better.

The app has been completely overhauled with a new design and new features. The previous reviews aren't really relevant to the latest version. I haven't experienced any of those problems. Fantastic app for daily mindfulness practice.

This app has good intentions, but it's guided mediations are more irritating than calming. This is because the creators of the app decided they needed 1 voice actor to do most to all of the guided mediations. She tries to be open and reassuring, and this causes a lot of the mediations to be too open ended. It feels impersonal and like she's talking down to the listener. For example, belly breathing "may be hard at 1st" and "takes practice", and she says these multiple times each.

It is great... When it works. Timer mechanism is very buggy, used to not count time when screen is off, now it speeds up so much it has problems playing the guided meditations. A shame for such a well intentioned app.
